Made-to-order returns

Sprouk products are made to order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on made-to-order products.

Defective, damaged or incorrect orders

If your item has a defect, arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us so we can review the issue and arrange next steps. Include your order number, product name, a description of the concern and photos if available.

Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item back. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
