Shopping with Sprouk Innovation

Can I order a standard product online?

Yes. Choose the listed standard size, style and finish on the product page, then add it to your cart. For a custom size or design, choose the consultation option or book a free online consultation.

What are the cabinets made from?

Summit standard cabinets use plywood cabinet boxes. Front construction, wood species and hardware depend on your selected configuration and are confirmed before building. One cabinet is included; countertops, decorative handles and installation are additional unless separately quoted.

How do I check the fit?

Use the standard dimensions and size guide on each product page. Dimensions are in inches. Allow for door and drawer clearance, fillers and end panels. Contact us before ordering if your measurements or fit are uncertain.

When will my Montana delivery arrive?

Delivery is within 3 weeks of item payment. We contact you to schedule. Please pay any separate delivery invoice promptly so scheduling can proceed.

What does delivery cost?

Missoula delivery is $20. Elsewhere in Montana, deliveries up to 200 miles cost $0.75 per one-way driving mile from Missoula. For more than 200 miles, we provide a delivery quote after item payment. Read the complete delivery policy.

Does Free or $0 at checkout mean free delivery?

No. The delivery-invoice option collects the item payment first; delivery is billed separately. In Missoula, choose local delivery to pay the $20 delivery fee at checkout.

Can you install my order?

Optional installation within Missoula is $50 additional and must be requested separately. Request installation by email. Installation outside Missoula is quoted separately and is available for Sprouk-made products in Montana, Idaho and Washington, subject to project review.

Can I order outside Montana?

Product sales are available nationwide. Shipping availability and charges for your address are shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if no suitable shipping option appears.

Are the product images photographs of the exact item?

Product scenes marked as design visualizations are illustrative. Colors, wood grain, hardware and styling can vary. Only the items stated in the product listing are included.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Contact us with your order reference and photos if relevant. See our one-year limited workmanship warranty. For return or cancellation questions, contact us before ordering or returning an item.
